Looks like it turned out great. Have you played a vader or a multi before? I am confident you will like them.
It looks like you have some honey mooning to do. Have fun and congratulations.

Buy the way. Shipping wait for me is almost as bad as build time wait. And the day of delivery is brutal. Every stinking truck or bus makes your ears perk up.

I love my v7m. It is a blast to play. Let us know what you think.

Couple of hints. Cut you strings to length and then insert them into the nut. Place your finger over the hole to block the string from poking out. then tighten the set screw. trying to cut them after they are locked down will leave a sharp edge. When new I put some lube on the tuner threads and ran them in and out a few times. They were pretty stiff at first. Smooth as butter now.

Oh, that is dynamite! Looks fantastic. No doubt it plays fantastically, too.

Thanks for posting!

I went to the Kiesel show room last month. They had one just like that. I was going to buy after playing it and it turns out it had been sold online as I was playing with it. So I had them build me a similar one. I really liked it. I am bit disoriented by the fanned frets at high registers. I kept getting lost. I'm sure some more playing time will resolve that.

I just like the simple yet elegant build. I'm not too much of a tone seeker. Sounded fine by me and I don't like Mesas. Liked it clean a lot. I'm mostly getting this for comfort and compactness.

Yes. Yes I do....especially considering I'm planning on getting a trem version as well. ;)

But for that one I am going to have to thin the heard, something I've never done before.

Yeah!! I saw that on the post yesterday. Close to what I'm looking at doing.

Then only change I would have made, on that one, is black pole pieces on the PUPs. But that's just me!! :D

Otherwise, classy and stunning!! Congrats!!

And now you've got me second thinking the logo to silver drop shadow... that's really sharp!!

I'd like to try a 7 multi but I fear that my hands won't take kindly to the extra width, since I have some hand problems.

Bumping this to ask a question:

For those of you that a have neck finish like this, can you feel that line between the neck and the body?

If I take my finger nail and really try to catch it I can. I in no way feel it playing the guitar.

Thanks for that. That's what I thought. However my Vader is relatively bumpy. It's not what I recall from the Vaders I played when I went to the showroom.
