Builder Recommendation.
Hello.
Does anyone know of a builder who can build a guitar using:
Carvin neck (through)
My body design. (I can make a template)
My Spalted Maple for the top.
Deep red with blackburst
Kahler Pro bridge.
I also want forearm & belly cuts.
and fully rounded sides.
And of course, someone who can turn out a product as close as possible to same caliber of a Carvin.

That sounds like you could call and ask, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

Call Carvin?
well, I have asked before and when they say yes about something and you call back later to have it done, you get told....the policy changed.
moral:
If you call and they say yes to something, pay them right then and there.
...sell a kidney if you have to.

Well, I mean, Kiesel can and has done a lot of things...but I don't see them building a not-their-own-design one-off, with a Kahler bridge.

Specifically, I always knew was never interested in custom bodies...subjectively awesome or not.
I digress on that one.
My plan z was to have Carvin sell me a neck tru body blank.
Using my kiln dried bookmatched spalted maple.
That phone call ended in high hopes.
But later, when I called back with credit card in hand, they no longer trusted clients, un-acclimatised wood.
I live on the east coast so...I agree.
I know Kahler changed up their policies on distributing, no biggie.
Who knows, maybe I can ask if they can store my wood out there & let it acclimate.
1 year...two years...5 years...
(you all would have to see this wood on why I am so bananas about it)
It kinda has a pattern that "works" around the bridge & pickups & horn.
...as if it were drawn FOR a guitar
Sorry no pics.
It is being stored in safe place.

Clement (Tom I think) guitars in Florida. I have no idea if he would do what you are asking, but he is a custom builder that a member here used for a bass build. Speaking of which, he makes mostly basses, but his site mentioned he's made a few guitars as well.
Sounds like a really decent guy with reasonable rates (for custom) and above average build times (again, for custom). IF he is willing to use a Carvin neck blank, the build time for it would of course have to be added to the total and you might have to order that direct from Jeff and company yourself anyway.
If I was in your situation, that's where I would start. I have no affiliation or connection. I'm not even a customer of his, but the build I saw, and was privy to some of the details on, is a real looker and one I'd be proud to own. Try doing a search to see if you can find it.
Good luck and let us know how this all works out.

Brent will. Any custom deal you can think of. One at a time builder that is also a player and understands personal preference and oddball deals.
Gutierrez
And there is a guy in AZ with the largest Kahler collection I have ever heard of. Probably has a few hundred and every spare you can think of. Not too far from Brent.
