DC400 Kid Charlemagne solo

Postby organictimbre » Fri May 12, 2017 8:35 pm

I wanted to test out my rig, to see if it sounded as good recorded as it does in the room. The DC400 is a great shred guitar, but to me the mark of great tone is when it can do the region right between overdrive and clean. Anyways, on what people will say should be played using a semi-hollow body, I say screw it, if the guitar feels right that's all that matters.

That's a great solo to demo with - I've always liked it and yours was well done! Nice DC and tone, too. What was your sound chain?

Great job! Not an easy solo, and you nailed it!
