When Ordering (online), Is the Case Billed Separately?

I was in the process of ordering a Kiesel v6 guitar online and hard the entire build the way I want it, which listed a certain price total, including $60 for the soft case. When I went to check out, the price was $60 LESS. I tried to see the detail of the build of the guitar during the checkout, but I can't seem to see a listing of all my options to see what was excluded in the checkout process (it just lists the whole guitar as one line item with no detail of build options). I do have some guitar build options that cost $60 and several that could combine to total $60, so I have no idea what is specifically being excluding in the checkout process to make it $60 less.

Logically, it's probably the fact that they are charging me just for the guitar and will bill me for the case at a later date (like on shipment or something), but I have no way of verifying this, and I would hate to be wrong and lose guitar options that I need.

So does anyone know for a FACT that the case is billed separately at a later date?

Mine was not. I suspect you might have a gremlin. If you have multiple guitars in your cart, or sometimes if you just use the Builder a few times in a row, the Builder can get mixed up. I used to be a proponent of ordering online, having ordered my first one online and it came out perfect, I can't recommend that anymore just because of how many issues we've seen around here. Options will go missing, options will be listed twice, options will be listed with no cost, options will be listed that aren't even available on that specific model but show up because you had another one of those models in your cart... Etc.

I would say the best bet is to get your ducks in a row, and either call or email, or Facebook message one of the sales folks.

^This. If there's ANY doubt, make sure you call/e-mail, as they won't let you change an order once it's in.
