My guess would be January, when they last updated the "parts" section.

Is it just me, or are some of the newer regular posters on the FB group, just, for lack of a better word, weird?

All this time I thought “cowbelling” was being an obnoxious lookit me, attention whore member who constantly posted pix of his/her Kiesels to be up front and center like the cowbell snl skit.

Evidently, reality is the exact opposite. Awkward...

You know what? That's an incredibly logical conclusion to come to without any of the original context!

 Thank you for that. What a perfect example of how a good BBS is faaar superior to the new media platforms.

Here’s hoping Ole Cowbell and his carvey top geetar are still a roamin’ the range and a makin’ beeyooteeful music together!

No, I would've thought the exact same thing. But that's probably because it's so prevalent. :-D

It's amazing what old lore is buried in the zeitgeist of a forum, often to the chagrin of newer members. I think Cowbell was still around by the time I joined, so the example threads were still readily available.
We are entitled to our own, wrong, opinions.

Guitar theorem: G=X+1 where G= guitars one needs, and X = guitars one has.

Do or do not; there is no understand.
